Yarn is converted into the required knitted fabric construction through the appropriate manufacturing network.
Colour development and dyeing are coordinated to the approved shade and fabric requirement.
Fabric preparation supports dimensional control before garment production.
Approved fabric is planned and cut against the required garment sizes and quantities.
Garment panels move through the assigned stitching workflow for assembly.
Garments are reviewed for measurement, workmanship, finish and presentation.
Accepted garments are prepared for the agreed business packing requirement.
